At Stern's Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast, but we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Due to the perishable nature of our specialty coffee, we offer a flexible return policy for hardware and unopened accessories to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Ensure that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Please note that opened coffee bags cannot be returned.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send the package back to our main roastery address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
